This policy explains what information Cottia ("we", "us") collects through cottia.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, business or hotel name (if you provide one), the product option you're interested in, and your message.

We also see anonymous, aggregate visit statistics (such as page views and the country a visit comes from). These do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your inquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss the products or services you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Services we rely on

A few trusted providers handle data on our behalf, only to run this website and our email:

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Workspace — hosts our email, where inquiries are stored.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, or to raise a concern, email us and we'll respond promptly.
